When should you do maternity photos?
Between 30-36 weeks is usually a good time for maternity photos. It's nice to wait until you're showing enough, but still comfortable (enough). If you're having multiples then a little earlier is better.
Why should I book a maternity photoshoot?
Take it from someone who didn't do maternity photos- you may regret not doing it! It's such a special time in your life and you won't always remember it well. I know you're probably not feeling like yourself and you're not sure if you want to memorialize the time when you have to pee every 5 seconds and sciatica that makes it hurt to walk sometimes. But if you do, your future self will thank you.
What are the best colors to wear for maternity pictures?
Muted colors photograph well. Avoid overly bright, neon colors or dark colors. You'll get custom styling help when you book a maternity session with me so don't stress.
How long does a maternity photo shoot last?
Your session will take 45 minutes. If you have a spouse and/or siblings that want to join in, they are welcome!
When will I get my finished photos?
You'll get your full gallery 2 weeks after your session and you'll be able to choose which ones you want to keep. 5 photos are included in the base package but you will have the chance to purchase more if you'd like.
